Harmony Home Technology LLC ("Harmony Home," "we," "us," or "our") is a small home technology services company based in South Carolina. We take your privacy seriously, and we've written this policy in plain language so you actually know what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
This policy applies to information collected through our website at harmonyhome.tech, including our contact form and SMS opt-in. It does not apply to information collected offline or through other means.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services.

- County — to confirm we serve your area
- Service interest — so we can give you relevant information
- Message — whatever you share in the contact form
- SMS opt-in consent — if you check the box to receive text messages from us
What our hosting collects automatically:
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects basic server log data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Payment information — including card numbers, billing details, and transaction records — is collected and processed exclusively through our payment and billing systems. Harmony Home Technology does not store payment card data on this website.
We do not create user accounts or use advertising trackers.

We use your information only to:

Harmony Home Technology Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@harmonyhome.tech.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

05.How We Share Your Information
We use the following service providers who may process your data on our behalf:
- Resend — email delivery of contact form submissions
- Vercel — website hosting and server infrastructure
We do not sell your data to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.
Mobile Data
- Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing described elsewhere in this policy explicitly excludes mobile opt-in data and SMS consent records.
We protect against unauthorized sharing through the following measures:
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are maintained to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Unauthorized use or disclosure of customer information is strictly prohibited.
- These protections explicitly include mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data.
06.Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell or share your personal information.
This section is required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Harmony Home Technology LLC does not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months.
If you are a California resident and would like to submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request, you may do so by emailing privacy@harmonyhome.tech. We will confirm your status in writing within 45 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over your personal information. We honor requests from residents of all states listed below, and will respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice).

California residents may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. We may verify the agent's authority before processing the request.
Note on Texas (TDPSA): The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act became effective July 1, 2024. We honor the rights listed above for Texas residents on the same basis as other state residents.
We will verify your identity before processing any request that involves disclosing or deleting personal information. For the limited data we collect, verification typically involves confirming your email address or phone number.
08.Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@harmonyhome.tech.
SMS opt-out records are retained indefinitely as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
We do not operate automated deletion schedules for form submissions. Requests for deletion are handled manually and fulfilled within 45 days.
09.Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through our site, please contact us at privacy@harmonyhome.tech and we will delete it promptly.
This policy complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
10.Illinois Biometric Information
We do not collect biometric information of any kind. This includes fingerprints, facial geometry, retinal scans, voiceprints, or any other biometric identifiers or templates.
This disclosure is made in accordance with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), 740 ILCS 14/1 et seq. If our data practices change in a way that involves biometric data in the future, we will update this policy and establish the required consent procedures before collecting any such data.
